Cook - Time to Call in Reinforcements

Ok, I have worked on this thing by myself long enough. The folder is growing from a 1" binder to a 4" binder.  Time to call in reinforcements!!!

I am creating 3 teams: staffing team, logistics team and kitchen team.  It is time to start weekly meetings as a group and getting everyone on board.  I belive the more people that are involved in the planning process the more people are invested in its success and the more people that trully understand what is going on the day of. It is also time to meet will ALL the vendors and get them involved, it is going to take an army to feed an army.

Kitchen team: Rach, Toby, Vince and myself.  With some involvement from the rest of the boys and special visits from Ops Manager Keith.  Focus: food production.  Week of prep (how are we really going to prep all this?  We are looking at 1500 pans of food) and day of production (how do we get the food hot and keep it hot?).

Logistics team: Keith, Dee, Vince and myself. Focus: equipment, site plans, set-up plans, transprotation, water, trucks, etc. (etc= everything that can "happen")

Staffing team: Alex, Kendra, Lisa, Vince and myself.  Focus: finding almost 500 staff, identifying the leaders, uniforms, people management and staff comminication.
